This year's Winter League has been yet another rip-roaring success under the leadership of recent Austin transplant Paul Hanna. Players from many Austin ultimate pockets have come out of hibernation to play in the blistering Austin winter (well, it's all relative). What could make our players face down the threat of frostbite more than the opportunity to heckle our close friends during the showcase game while bonding over delicious food and drink?

To make it even better, this year's theme has been old-school video games. With neat "Pong" jerseys, the wicking kind, and team names like "Hooked on Sonic", the last 8 or so weeks have been a trip down memory lane. The end-of-season party at Little Woodrow's even had a very special NES presentation and had several old video game consoles hooked up.
